Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 29, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how CRJ Adventures LLC (“LuckStar,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects your personal information when you use the Platform, and the rights you have over that information. It should be read with our Cookie Policy and Terms & Conditions. By using LuckStar you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who We Are

LuckStar is owned and operated by CRJ Adventures LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information when you use the Platform, and the rights you have over that information.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide: name, date of birth, email, postal address, state of residence, and identity-verification documents you submit for KYC. Account & play data: your account settings, coin balances, game and transaction history, redemption requests, and support communications. Automatically collected: device and browser type, IP address, approximate location (used to confirm eligible jurisdiction), and usage data collected through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy). We collect only what we need to operate the Platform, verify eligibility, process redemptions, and comply with law.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: create and manage your account; verify your age, identity, and location eligibility; operate games and credit balances; process prize redemptions; detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and prohibited activity; provide customer support; send service-related communications; and comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.

4. We Do Not Sell Your Data

Strict Data Posture We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties, and we do NOT share it with advertisers or use it for third-party advertising. We do not display third-party ads on the Platform. Your information is used to operate LuckStar and meet our legal obligations — nothing more.

5. When We Share Information

We share personal information only with: service providers who help us operate the Platform under confidentiality obligations (for example, our payment processor, identity-verification provider, and hosting provider); legal and regulatory authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights and prevent fraud; and a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case you will be notified. Each provider receives only the information necessary to perform its function.

6. Payment & Card Data

Card payments are handled by our third-party payment processor on its own secure systems. We never receive, transmit, or store your full card number, CVV, or expiration date. For certain payouts we may store only the last four digits of a card as a reference, which is permitted under industry standards.

7. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, secure your session, and understand how the Platform is used so we can improve it. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work properly without them. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. For details, see our Cookie Policy.

8. Data Security

We take commercially reasonable physical, electronic, and administrative measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), restricted access to systems, and secure credential storage. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active and as long as needed to provide the Platform, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal, tax, and regulatory recordkeeping requirements. When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

10. Your Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to: know what personal information we collect and how it is used; request access to or a copy of your information; request deletion of your information; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Because we do not sell personal information, no opt-out of sale is necessary. Residents of other U.S. states that have enacted privacy laws may have similar rights, and we honor verifiable requests as required by applicable law. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 13.

11. Your Privacy Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. We process your data on the bases of contract performance, legal obligation, and our legitimate interests in operating a secure platform.

12. Children

LuckStar is intended only for adults 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

13. Contact & Changes

To exercise any privacy right, ask a question, or make a request, email privacy@luckstargames.com, write to CRJ Adventures LLC, 5900 Balcones Drive Suite 100, Austin, TX 78731, or use our Contact page. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time; the “last updated” date will reflect any change, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
