Information you provide: name, date of birth, email, postal address, state of residence, and identity-verification documents you submit for KYC. Account & play data: your account settings, coin balances, game and transaction history, redemption requests, and support communications. Automatically collected: device and browser type, IP address, approximate location (used to confirm eligible jurisdiction), and usage data collected through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy). We collect only what we need to operate the Platform, verify eligibility, process redemptions, and comply with law.

Card payments are handled by our third-party payment processor on its own secure systems. We never receive, transmit, or store your full card number, CVV, or expiration date. For certain payouts we may store only the last four digits of a card as a reference, which is permitted under industry standards.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, secure your session, and understand how the Platform is used so we can improve it. If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. We process your data on the bases of contract performance, legal obligation, and our legitimate interests in operating a secure platform.
12. Children
LuckStar is intended only for adults 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
