Welcome to LuckStar. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and CRJ Adventures LLC (“LuckStar,” “we,” “us”). Please read them carefully. By creating an account or using LuckStar, you agree to these Terms, our Sweepstakes Rules, and the policies linked throughout.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LuckStar, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund & Withdrawal Policy, and our Sweepstakes Rules (together, the “Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not use LuckStar.

2. Eligibility

You may use LuckStar only if you: (a) are at least 18 years of age, or 21 in states that require it; (b) are a legal resident of the United States; (c) are physically located in an eligible jurisdiction; and (d) are not located in a restricted jurisdiction or on any prohibited-persons list. We may verify these requirements at any time. Each person may hold only one account. See our Licensing page and Sweepstakes Rules for current eligibility and restricted-state information.

3. Definitions

• Gold Coins (GC): a virtual currency used for entertainment only, with no monetary value and no redemption rights.
• Sweeps Coins (SC): a free promotional currency that may be redeemed for prizes once eligibility and playthrough requirements are met, under the Sweepstakes Rules.
• Sweepstakes Rules: the official rules governing our promotional sweepstakes, which form part of this Agreement.

4. Your Account

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may refuse, suspend, or close accounts that contain false information or that we reasonably believe are being misused.

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

You agree to complete identity verification when requested. Verification is required before your first redemption and may be required at other times. We may limit account features or withhold redemptions until verification is complete. See our KYC / Identity Verification page.

6. Virtual Currencies

Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial entertainment use within LuckStar. They are not your property, are not bank deposits or e-money, earn no interest, and cannot be transferred or sold between players. Gold Coins have no monetary value. Sweeps Coins have no cash value except as expressly provided through redemption under the Sweepstakes Rules. We may adjust, expire, or remove coins in cases of error, fraud, or breach of this Agreement.

7. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is necessary to obtain Sweeps Coins or to participate in our sweepstakes, and a purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Free methods of entry are always available and are described in the Sweepstakes Rules. Void where prohibited.

8. Purchases & Billing

You may purchase Gold Coin (GC) packages using our supported payment methods, described in Sections 8a–8c below. When you purchase a GC package, you are purchasing a digital entertainment product (virtual goods) for use within a social sweepstakes platform — not a gambling transaction, lottery ticket, wager, or financial instrument of any kind. Prices are shown at the point of purchase in U.S. dollars (USD). By purchasing, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method, and you represent that you are the authorized holder of that payment method and that your payment is lawful in your jurisdiction. Any Sweeps Coins offered with a purchase are a free promotional bonus. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as stated in our Refund & Withdrawal Policy or as required by law.

8a. Cryptocurrency Payments

LuckStar accepts cryptocurrency payments for Gold Coin packages through our third-party crypto payment processor, NOWPayments (nowpayments.io). By initiating a crypto payment you agree to NOWPayments’ terms of service in addition to these Terms.

How it works

• Virtual-goods purchase only: Paying with cryptocurrency for a GC package is a purchase of digital entertainment goods — it is not gambling, and it is not an investment or financial transaction subject to gaming regulations.
• Blockchain finality: Once your cryptocurrency transaction has received the required number of network confirmations, it is final and cannot be reversed, cancelled, or charged back by you, your wallet, or your exchange.
• Exchange rate & conversion: The USD price of a GC package is fixed at the time you initiate payment. NOWPayments converts this to the equivalent crypto amount at the prevailing exchange rate. You bear the exchange-rate risk if you send funds after the quoted amount expires.
• Payment window & expiry: Each generated crypto address is valid for a limited time (typically 60 minutes). If payment is not received and confirmed within this window, the address expires. You must initiate a new payment; any funds sent to an expired address are governed by NOWPayments’ terms.
• Under- and over-payments: If you send less than the required amount (“partially paid”), GC will not be credited automatically. Contact cssupport@luckstargames.com within 7 days. Over-payments are non-refundable and the excess is not credited as additional GC unless otherwise determined at our discretion.
• Gas fees / network fees: You are solely responsible for any miner, gas, or network fees required to send the transaction. These fees are not collected by LuckStar.
• Non-refundability: Confirmed cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable. Because blockchain transactions cannot be reversed, we are unable to issue refunds for GC packages paid via crypto except in the narrow circumstances described in our Refund & Withdrawal Policy (e.g., a verified technical failure on our side that prevented GC from being credited).
• Accepted currencies: We accept the cryptocurrencies listed at the point of purchase. This list may change at any time without notice.
• Regulatory compliance: You represent that your use of cryptocurrency to purchase GC is lawful in your jurisdiction. We do not provide tax or legal advice; you are solely responsible for any tax reporting or obligations arising from your crypto transactions.

8b. Bank Payments (ACH) via Aeropay

LuckStar accepts bank (ACH) payments for Gold Coin packages through our third-party payment provider, Aeropay, using Aeropay’s AeroSync bank-linking service. LuckStar has partnered with financial services software company Aeropay to offer you ACH payments. When you create a LuckStar Account and connect a bank to complete ACH payments, you will be creating an Aeropay account. You authorize LuckStar to share your identifying information with Aeropay to open and support your LuckStar Account. You must comply also with Aeropay’s Terms of Service when creating or using your LuckStar Account.

How it works

• Secure, tokenized bank link: You connect your bank through Aeropay’s AeroSync flow. LuckStar never sees or stores your online-banking username, password, or full account number — Aeropay handles those on its own systems and returns only a tokenized reference, the bank name, and the last four digits of the account.
• Virtual-goods purchase only: Paying by bank for a GC package is a purchase of digital entertainment goods, on the same terms as Section 8 above.
• ACH returns: Bank/ACH payments can be returned by your bank (for example, insufficient funds or a disputed authorization) after they initially clear. A returned payment may result in reversal of the associated GC/SC, suspension of redemptions, and the account and anti-fraud consequences described in Section 12.
• Redemption still gated: Sweeps Coins obtained through bank-funded play remain subject to the identity-verification requirements in Section 5 and the playthrough and redemption requirements in Section 9 before they may be redeemed.

8c. Card & Bank Payments via Soap

LuckStar also accepts card and pay-by-bank payments for Gold Coin packages through our third-party payment provider Soap (paywithsoap.com). When you choose this option you are taken to Soap’s own hosted checkout page to enter your payment details. You authorize LuckStar to share your name and email address with Soap so that it can create and support your customer record, and you must also comply with Soap’s terms of service and privacy policy when using this payment option.

How it works

• Hosted, PCI-compliant checkout: Your card number, CVV, expiration date and any banking credentials are entered on Soap’s systems, not ours. LuckStar never sees or stores them, and receives back only confirmation that the payment settled, together with the amount and a transaction reference.
• Virtual-goods purchase only: Paying by card or bank for a GC package is a purchase of digital entertainment goods, on the same terms as Section 8 above.
• Chargebacks, disputes and returns: Card and bank payments can be reversed after they initially settle — by a chargeback, dispute, refund or bank return. A reversed payment removes that purchase from your account’s purchase total (which may make you ineligible to redeem), may reverse any referral rewards it funded, and may lead to the account and anti-fraud consequences described in Section 12. Initiating a chargeback instead of contacting our support team is a breach of these Terms.
• Redemption still gated: Sweeps Coins obtained through card- or bank-funded play remain subject to the identity-verification requirements in Section 5 and the playthrough and redemption requirements in Section 9 before they may be redeemed.

9. Redemptions

Eligible Sweeps Coins may be redeemed for prizes subject to verification, minimum thresholds, playthrough, eligibility, and the Sweepstakes Rules and our Refund & Withdrawal Policy. We may review, delay, or decline redemptions where necessary for compliance, fraud prevention, or verification.

9a. Prizes & Prize Disputes

• Malfunctions void plays and prizes: if any game, software, or system error displays, awards, or records a result, balance, or prize that did not legitimately occur, that play and any resulting prize are void, whether or not caused by you.
• Official records control: in the event of any discrepancy between a result shown on your device and our server-side records, our records are the final and official determination of the outcome.
• Correction of errors: Gold Coins, Sweeps Coins, or prizes credited in error (including through malfunction, duplicate processing, or fraud) may be reversed, adjusted, or reclaimed by us at any time.
• Claim window: any dispute regarding a prize, redemption, or account balance must be submitted in writing within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute; failure to do so waives the claim to the extent permitted by law.
• Final determination: we will review prize disputes in good faith and our determination is final, subject only to the dispute-resolution provision in Section 20.
• Taxes: you are solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or reporting obligations arising from prizes you redeem. We may withhold amounts or require tax documentation where required by law.

9b. Game Fairness & Random Outcomes

All game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG) provided by our licensed game-content provider. Each result is independent: outcomes are not influenced by prior play, by your balance, by time of day, or by whether you are playing in Gold Coins or Sweeps Coins mode. Where displayed, return-to-player (RTP) figures are theoretical averages calculated over the long run and do not predict the result of any individual session. No method, system, or pattern of play can guarantee a win.

10. Promotions & Bonuses

We may offer promotions, bonuses, and rewards from time to time, which may carry their own terms. We may modify or withdraw promotions, and we may withhold or remove bonuses obtained through abuse, error, or breach of this Agreement.

11. Responsible Gaming

We are committed to responsible play. You can access tools such as spending limits, cooldown breaks, and self-exclusion, and find support resources, on our Responsible Gaming page. If you or someone you know may have a gambling problem, call the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-426-2537 (available 24/7, free and confidential).

12. Prohibited Conduct

You may hold only one account. You agree not to:

• provide false information, or open, create, or use more than one account;
• use LuckStar if you are underage or located in a restricted jurisdiction;
• use bots, scripts, automation, or exploit bugs or errors;
• engage in fraud, money laundering, collusion, or chargeback abuse;
• use a VPN, proxy, geo-blocker circumvention software, or other tool to disguise or falsify your location or identity; or
• infringe our intellectual property, interfere with the Platform’s security or operation, or use LuckStar for any unlawful purpose.

13. Intellectual Property

LuckStar, its logos, content, software, and design are owned by or licensed to CRJ Adventures LLC and are protected by law. Game content is licensed from third-party studios. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use LuckStar for personal entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

14. Third-Party Content

LuckStar may include content, games, or links provided by third parties. We are not responsible for third-party content or services, and your dealings with third parties are at your own risk.

15. Privacy

Your use of LuckStar is subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.

16. Disclaimers

LuckStar is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CRJ Adventures LLC and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of LuckStar. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the six (6) months before the claim or US$100.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CRJ Adventures LLC and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of LuckStar, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

19. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access at any time, with or without notice, including for suspected fraud, breach of this Agreement, or to comply with law. On termination, your license to use LuckStar ends, Gold Coins are forfeited, and eligible, verified Sweeps Coins are handled under our Refund & Withdrawal Policy, except that Sweeps Coins forfeited under Section 12 will not be redeemed or paid out. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

20. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights.

Informal resolution

Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at cssupport@luckstargames.com and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

Binding arbitration

Except as noted below, any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or LuckStar will be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable rules, rather than in court. Arbitration will take place in Travis County, Texas, or another mutually agreed location, and may proceed by phone, video, or written submissions where permitted.

Class-action waiver

Disputes will be resolved only on an individual basis. You and LuckStar waive the right to bring or participate in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any form of class proceeding.

Exceptions

Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and either party may seek injunctive relief to protect intellectual property or to stop unauthorized use.

Opt-out

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to cssupport@luckstargames.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

21. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to Section 20, the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas will have jurisdiction over any matters not subject to arbitration.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where required, provide notice. Your continued use of LuckStar after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

23. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign this Agreement without our consent; we may assign it in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. This Agreement, together with the policies and Sweepstakes Rules referenced in it, is the entire agreement between you and us regarding LuckStar.
